A easy initial setup with good dashboards and good documentation

What is our primary use case?

Lately, I've been using AWS Transcribe for transcriptions. I do have some videos that are a client requirement that convert meetings and videos into audio so that audio can be used as an input factor of the transcript can get transcribed.

Pros and Cons

  • "We don't run into any issues with bugs or glitches."
  • "The UX and UI could be improved on the AWS console."

What other advice do I have?

I'm an AWS partner. I'm using the latest version of the solution at this time. I just come to our AWS console and I can look for new releases. I do some quick demo's and I try to understand what the releases are all about. I might keep findings for two or three months. I'd recommend the solution to others. Their technology is top-notch. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. Although when I first started using it, I wasn't the biggest fan, I've found it's met all of my requirements nicely.

Stable with good CPS and project management capabilities

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for ERP purposes. We cover finance, research and development, program management, and HR.

Pros and Cons

  • "It's suitable for various sizes of companies. I have used it with big companies and with small ones as well."
  • "The solution requires more flexibility overall."

What other advice do I have?

We're SAP customers. We're using the latest version of the solution. I'd advise other companies to do an assessment with their internal employees or internal functional heads before jumping into any solution. It shouldn't be just one person doing the assessment. They should all do it together and select the product collectively. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

Stable with an easy set-up and pretty good GUI

Pros and Cons

  • "The initial setup is easy."
  • "Technical support could be a bit better."

What other advice do I have?

I'd warn companies that they need to be of a certain size in order to consider this as a viable solution. It's much more suited to larger organizations. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

Good technical support, and you can deploy applications from remote locations

What is our primary use case?

I am using this solution to assist with my study. We have an agreement between our university and IBM to use the IBM Cloud.

Pros and Cons

  • "This product is very good because it is accessible in remote locations, and anyone can deploy from any place."
  • "I would like to see a more user-friendly deployment process in the next release of this solution."

What other advice do I have?

There was a mix of versions in our project, with some people using the trial version and others using the paid version of this solution. I think that the full, paid version was better. This product is very good because it is accessible in remote locations, and anyone can deploy from any place. It is very nice, and I don't think that many people know about this cloud computing system. I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.
