From a severity perspective, it's quite stable. I'd rate it an eight out of ten.

The stability of Oracle HCM Cloud is good.

It's highly stable because the system is totally managed by Oracle, Oracle provides 99.9% availability for the system uptime. All the systems are developed on some basic product standards. The interfaces and the general product do not differentiate according to the modules or functions. 

It's a highly stable and highly homogeneous HCM, especially for the employees' experienced type, and the use of the system is very configurable. And the customers and end users use a very stable and standard processes and interfaces.

I would rate the stability an eight out of ten because there are some glitches. But most of the time those glitches are due to human error.  

The solution is stable. 

On the backend, we have not experienced any difficulties, such as data loss or unexpected downtime. However, the user interface presents various issues such as server connection problems and errors, resulting in the need to close our browser and wait for several minutes before reconnecting to the cloud.

The connection issue seems to only affect this particular software as we have not experienced any problems connecting to other websites. As for performance, some backend batch processes, such as the data model, run efficiently which is a positive aspect. However, when heavily utilizing the user interface, batch problems seem to occur frequently.

This is a very stable solution. We have not experienced any issues. 

We haven't had a single issue with stability, and we've been using it for more than three years.

Navigation and appearance-wise, there is a bit of instability as users can get very confused as to where things are or what to do. The applications have been completely redesigned, and it is disorienting. 

I would not define the solution as being stable, but as being adjusted. When it comes to the issue of stability, we find the solution to be fading out and must adjust it to the application.

We have not had any issues with the stability of this solution.

The stability is also very good. In some ways, this is like the scalability. We do not have trouble with load changes.

Oracle HCM Cloud is a stable solution. However, previously it was not. A lot of my clients have migrated from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

There are some modules and suits that are more stable than others. HCM is very robust and stable, and that's why you soon many clients adopting it sooner. But when it comes to supply chain and financial clients, it's still something written with bugs. Oracle product development is obviously working hard to improve on that.

In terms of instability, we've had issues with the application being unavailable a few times, especially during our end-of-year cycle.

None, as it’s pretty stable. Being hosted by Oracle, the uptime is pretty good.

HCM Cloud is pretty stable, and we get clear communication when updates are going to cause outages.

It seems like it is stable. Well, it is not EBS because I have been working in EBS for 15 years. This is a new product, I think it has been in the market for a few years I believe, but I am glad that Oracle is going in the right direction of making it more end user friendly, functional friendly and adopting into the new technology. We are not bogged down with DBAs and copies and patches and gruel regression testing. All of those thing we don't need to worry in the cloud is much simpler and much more organized. It makes it easier.
