What is most valuable?

You can customize an application to best meet the needs of your business is invaluable! As your needs change, you can update your application to change with you.

How has it helped my organization?

We no longer have tons of Excel spreadsheets floating around the office to track various things, we can now track and update them in one place.

I wish it had a better calendar feature.
