What do you think of Blue Prism?

Primary Use Case: Blue Prism is very useful for our final process. We have a shared service center and our consultant, who works with Blue Prism, is doing a great job with our automated process. It's working well. • Valuable Features: It allows me to fix a lot of systems. For example, Pega is useful customer service and some other application is useful for HR. You can use Blue Prism for every process. Because it uses codes, you can fix every process. I like it a lot. • Room for Improvement: It's not that user-friendly. For example, Automation Anywhere is very user-friendly, you can learn it quickly. Blue Prism is more complicated, although at the same time it's more useful. • Use of Solution: Less than one year. • Stability Issues: It's stable.

What do you think of Blue Prism?

Primary Use Case: The primary use case is having bots manage, schedule, and build other bots seamlessly within a bespoke dashboard. There is no need for a first line team monitoring the system as it reports and assigns tickets. • Improvements to My Organization: ROI and efficiency savings.  1 FTE can manage hundreds of bots via my GP RPA design and build methodology. Master processes can easily control subprocesses, such as load, work, and report. • Valuable Features: Access to the SQL database allows for extra capabilities. • Room for Improvement: I would like to see bespoke dashboards allow the front-end to display what is required.   . • Use of Solution: Three to five years.
