What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It is private hosted if you have over 20 employees. For cloud/onsite, if you are under 20 employees, you can get the best commercial model.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We used Avaya, SIP Communicator, and Panasonic.

QoS and ample bandwidth are a must. Virtualization can be a source of pain, i.e., if it is not implemented as per the requirements from Microsoft.
