The way we retrieve documents is more important than how we store them. There's no use if we can't find a document. It's the most critical feature. My organization works with other customers. The product captures the information centrally so everybody in the bank can see the right information at the right time. It is tamper-proof and enables us to return to the document source, which is helpful with legal issues.
