What do you think of Silk Central?

Valuable Features Issues and Defect Management. • Room for Improvement Reporting Execution planning Requirement Dashboard • Use of Solution 12 months. • Stability Issues None. • Scalability Issues None. • Customer Service and Technical Support Good. • Previous Solutions I have used HPE Quality Center, HPE ALM, JIRA, and Rally. They are much better tools than Silk. When I move clients, I have to use the tool they currently use, so I just learn them all. • Initial Setup I am not sure, I didn’t set it up. It was set up in 1999 and I was not a part of my current organization. • Pricing, Setup Cost and Licensing I have heard it is not an expensive tool. What is most valuable?

Well, obviously it's the test automation piece of it. Creating our scripts and being able to execute our SAP scripts in order for us to be able to do comprehensive regression testing of our SAP system.
