What is most valuable?

The ability to rapidly diagnose problems in production and non-production, across hundreds of log files, is the most valuable feature.

How has it helped my organization?

We have been able to utilize categories and grouping for both customers and devices to streamline our processes for both monitoring and management of those devices.

What needs improvement?

Overall monitoring capabilities could be improved. We run into instances where we are not able to configure monitoring for specific things and requires quite a bit of manual labor to accomplish these tasks.
