How has it helped my organization?

Workday gives us another option for providing solutions to our clients that they need for managing and improving their business practices.

What needs improvement?

In essence, I think that all areas of the product have the potential to improve even if they are good already. At the same time, from one release to the next, Workday makes the effort to improve the… more »

What other advice do I have?

SAP HCM is a solution that I recommend. It is a good product, but if it were more configurable and you did not need to develop as much code then it would be better. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
