HR Consultant with 11-50 employees
It is very user-friendly. Most of the UI is very intuitive so you don't need to follow a course to use it. Of course you have one single UI regardless of your roles, so you don't have to log into separate applications depending on whether you're HR or just a normal employee. The solution evolves quickly (4 major updates per year) View full review »

Director at a tech services company with 1-10 employees
The business process framework is excellent. You can create a business process very easily using the drag and drops. You don't need to get an IT consultant to be able to use Workday, you can have people in the business that aren't IT consultants putting new works processes together. So that's really good to use. The Workday experience is definitely the best on the market. There's no doubt about that. View full review »

Human Resources Officer at a non-profit with 10,001+ employees
We are currently looking for a better solution enabling us to better analytics. So SAP on-premise is pretty old and while it allows a lot of flexibility, it doesn't give us the flexibility to integrate to other modules. We have many interruptions and disconnection points into processes, which is why we are looking to another solution. We are not so happy with the system. We believe we have in the market better solution, so we are looking for alternatives but so far the system has been used a lot. It's brought to our organization a big big improvement. We would give it a good rating. View full review »
