The features I find most valuable are the fast deployment, management, and the optimization features. The user interface, although it isn't very fast, is good because it's easy to understand how to deploy it. So I like the easy and fast configuration. View full review »

The most valuable feature of this solution is the set of security options that can be set when sharing files with a group. There is a lot of flexibility in that you can assign specific people read-only permissions. It can be done at the object level, or the folder level. The application is very light in terms of uploading and downloading files. With respect to the end-user experience, this is a very simple solution. View full review »

I like the synchronization, and the integration with Microsoft Office is good. The synchronization is between your local storage and Dropbox. You can download a work file from the storage, work on it from your personal computer, and then you can save it. It's easy to work in Microsoft Office on your computer and to have the ability to load a document that updates to the storage. It's a good thing. For example, on the contrary, with Google Docs, you have to work inside of Google Docs to stay synchronized. View full review »

The features that I like the most are the centralized contacts, labels, the way that you can use Gmail from the web browser directly, and the accessibility from Chrome. Gmail has been made for Chrome. When you have Chrome, you don't have to add mail software. There is a feature that people don't use a lot, and that is the multi-factor authentication. MultiPass Fido Security keys were the first to propose this built-in feature, but if you are using Microsoft, for a single sign-on authentication, you have to purchase another product like Okta to get a single sign-on and high-security authentication. G Suite and all of Google were the first to have a built-in multifactor authentication without needing to purchase another product. View full review »

The way you can share files by sending a link is very good. It also allows us to have all of our files on our smartphone, tablet, or computer. It's really great to have access to our files from anywhere at any moment. The solution is very fast and simple. If I want to share a file I can put it on the cloud or on-premise. It's user-friendly. AVP at a financial services firm with 10,001+ employees
The critical features of this solution are SnapMirror for replication, data protection, and SnapLock. Replication is important to us because we are a financial company, and we would like to have a second copy of the data available to use no matter what. Whether we are running on-premises or in the could, we would like to have it available in a different region. The data protection is important because regardless of the disaster recovery, we were running into a situation where the data is corrupted in both locations. SnapLock is used for WORM files, where they are locked for a certain amount of time and nobody will be able to delete them. It is SEC compliant, which is important because we cannot put data onto these systems until the FINRA or SEC compliance is there. This solution is intuitive, easy to learn, and easy to use. The most valuable features are the quick spin-ups and spin-downs, ultra-fast SQL backup and restore. The speed of Azure NetApp Files is incredible. Instead of taking three to four hours to do a back and restore operation of a large database, we were able to conduct it in about fifteen minutes. View full review »

I can access files on my laptop from anywhere. The other valuable feature is that the solution is fast and secure. The program runs seamlessly. I simply send my files to the cloud where they are stored, and I don't have to worry about losing my phone or laptop, I know exactly where they are. I don't have to use any other features in terms of sharing it, for instance. View full review »
