The most valuable feature is the option to use SSO from different sources such as Microsoft AD, ADFS, Azure AD, SAML, form-based, etc. Now, users can log in once with their credentials and an MFA. After that, they can SSO login to all of the web-based applications. This solution has a very user-friendly interface. View full review »

The thing we like the most is that this software is so easy to use. You don't need to be a specialist in Identity and Access Management solutions to understand the software and configure it. Even if you cannot find a specific setting, you can always call Tools4ever. Their support is great! View full review »

The most valuable feature is that it will use my credentials to access various parts of the infrastructure or other solutions, such as vRealize. If some kind of disaster happens then it is possible to restore the identity manager database from a backup. View full review »

CEO at a tech services company with 1-10 employees
I'm happy with the interface and dashboards but the most valuable feature comes from the name of the product - it's now called VMware Access, so it's the access to the different applications and so on that makes it a good product. It provides a single page where you can log in to all of your applications. It saves time and simplifies the work because it has to have the application for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac OS web-based too. So basically all of our users can use all the applications from any platform. It helps the end-users to work on the road without needing to set up all kinds of VPN connections, etc. There's access to all the applications you want, whenever you want them. View full review »

reviewer1188186 says in a Tools4ever HelloID review
The most valuable feature of this solution is the ability to use provisioning. In this way, flows can be created where users can ask for access, and other users can approve or deny it. Next, people can ask for temporary access to applications, which is very useful. For example, when giving support and its needed to take a look into the client application. In that case, you only want access for that moment. View full review »

The most valuable features of this solution include the Service Automation with unlimited possibilities such as dynamic forms, approval workflows, extensive roles, and especially little things like being able to transfer your responsibilities to go on holiday without worries. The Single Sign-On capabilities are endless and we haven't found a single app so far that couldn't be set up for SSO. View full review »

The Identity features let us create users and give the authentication and authorization to users. With the on-premise solution, I can do the installation, configuration, and integration of Identity Access Management. This gives us direct access. The integration with the single solution E-business suite is also very valuable. View full review »

The most valuable feature is the ability to authenticate in a Linux environment because this is what my customers were looking for. They are coming from a Linux environment, so they appreciate the identity and access management for allowing Linux workloads to authenticate securely. The system multi-factor authentication capability that comes with Centrify is another valuable feature. View full review »

Development Director at Griffiths Waite
The OAuth 2.0 component is straightforward to set up and use. I also found it very easy to set up social identity providers, such as Google, and delegate the authentication to that provider. The APIs are well documented, which has allowed us to access the IDCS security applications in our custom APIs. This allowed us to build an Authentication API for all of our public facing APIs to use IDCS as the OAuth 2.0 provider. View full review »
