Technical support isn't great. We have tried to contact them, but it is very frustrating because we have to wait for half an hour to 45 minutes to reach someone. They keep on diverting us from one area to another. Finally, when you reach someone, sometimes there will be a person on the other side that doesn't understand the concept because it's quite complex. Their people don't seem to be well informed on the solution. They really don't know what they're talking about. View full review »
