The most valuable feature is the integration with OneDrive, which has allowed us, a small business, easy access to a cloud environment, with no need to back up the data from five different computers. The multiple-user editing capability is helpful, improving the productivity of our team on creating and editing files together, even when in different physical locations. File formats that are the market standard (docx, xlsx, pptx), is an important and relevant need to deal with clients' provided files. View full review »

The functionality that is most valuable is the solution's ability to detect patient data in email attachments. Whenever a user sends out an email with patient data embedded in an attachment, it triggers an alert. The tool can detect a social security number and various other forms of patient identity. Emails are then automatically generated and sent. View full review »

The most valuable feature for us is the Teams Planner module. This is a module where we enter projects and tasks that we want to track. We also use the Chats module and find that useful as well to work in conjunction with this tool. View full review »

Slack is a powerpack bundle of features that help small or large organizations to handle teams and their tasks. Personally, I love the feature that gives you the ability to name a channel as per task and include/exclude members within that channel to eradicate all other disturbances. View full review »

System Analyst, Oracle ECM Team Leader at a tech services company with 51-200 employees
The product is a standard document management solution, so there are no special features to point to. It's a very scalable solution and the performance is pretty good. The scalability, in my opinion, is the biggest advantage. View full review »

Global Internal Communications Manager at a manufacturing company with 10,001+ employees
The features that I like the most are the features we have now. I like every aspect of it. It is easy to use. It's on your phone, so it is mobile. You can respond without answering if you have a call or message. You can send emoticons so people know you have gotten their message. This type of response is very quick and doesn't leave the other party waiting. Those features are just like what you might do in WhatsApp or Messenger on Facebook. It is very familiar to anyone using those products. One thing that we are looking to deploy — and we are testing it now — is to send and track kudos. We want to implement this new feature on a worldwide basis to thank team members for being good participants. View full review »

Strategic Program Management at a tech vendor with 11-50 employees
I think what the team likes most is the improvements when it comes to communication. We've been using Skype for business in the past but the audio and visual communication is really good with Microsoft Teams. I also really like the speed of the product and the way that the channels can be leveraged. View full review »

Pre-Sales Manager / Engineer at a comms service provider with 11-50 employees
The content supports phots, sites, and everything. There are no issues at all in terms of documents, which can be used for anything related to purchasing processes or implementing processes. This is not just a document management system. It also includes a workflow process engine, business process management, and automation for business cases. Oracle integrates well with other products to cover Big Data. This includes a component that can be used for artificial intelligence and business analytics. You can connect with a full suite for whatever is needed to manage a business. View full review »

The most valuable feature in this product is that it allows for fairly high productivity without the requirements for bespoke (i.e., custom made) tools. Microsoft 365 is like a Swiss army knife. You can do pretty much everything you need for a company with it all in one compatible package without deploying multiple solutions. View full review »

Technical Specialist in Laboratory at a consultancy with 51-200 employees
What I like most about this solution, is the fact that I can access it anywhere and customize it to my needs. We still have a few teething problems but we are currently using it extensively in our lab. I would still like to use the workflows - I haven't instrumented workflows yet, but I think it can make the solution work even better for me. But the feature I find most valuable, is the accessibility from anywhere. View full review »

BU Delivery Manager at Solutions42
Let me start saying that you have two way of implementing Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, on-premises or in the cloud. If you choose the cloud, the most valuable aspect of the solution is the fact that it doesn't require coding. You just need to configure it. You don't need to code before getting something running. It makes it very fast. View full review »

The most valuable feature of this solution is the Communication Site. In the most recent version, it is much more user-friendly, and any user can maintain it, including changing the content or other small tasks. In the older version, users were dependant on the developers. This dependency can now be avoided. You can extend the features in this solution however you want. View full review »
