Technical support was good for the installation and for the support of the initial support of the software. This stage is quite simple, smart, and easy to use. Of course, there are elements that are a little bit more complex for us to understand the functionality of the solution. I worked with HPE in hardware when defining the Cloud. I have worked with HPE the organization when it started. We have been seeing, back in Mexico, the whole enterprise reduced a little bit. I would say on a scale of one to five, it's three and a half. I think the product was premature. The time to providing solutions should be faster, and they need to have local presence. The time difference and everything was an issue. View full review »
