I know this program very well, so we don't have to reach out to Microsoft. But when we do run into an issue that we cannot resolve, we reach out to them or email them or create a support ticket. They usually respond within a day, so we haven't faced any challenges with the technical support. View full review »

I have liked the technical support offered by Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management. They have been pretty good. They usually work pretty quickly with the customer. They have acquired a large range of variety. There could be something I want to accomplish that is not working, they take it into account and they apply it in the solution quickly. View full review »
