We've had no complaints. The time zone difference is a little bit challenging. We're on the east coast of the US and they're in Australia, so it's about a 12 hour difference. It's generally handled by email but we've generally had everything resolved within one to two days. In the rare cases we've had an access issue, I think we had an issue maybe a year ago they updated a URL or something along those lines. That was resolved very quickly.
