I use the solution in my company as I administer and have users on its packages, like SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Exchange.

From an Office 365 perspective, I would say that Teams and SharePoint and Planner are the most used. What Office 365 offers as a package is what is being at this moment used in the organization for us to work. At this moment, we are not so physically in the office. The majority of us are working remotely and across countries, across regions. The way for us to collaborate together and work together was by using more and more of Office 365 components.

I have used Microsoft 365 Business for email, creating forms, Microsoft Teams for meetings and recording sessions, and data collection through forms. It supports communication and data collection. Google Cloud has Google Drive, Google Slides, and Google Docs, which are also low-priced.

I use Microsoft 365 Business for Outlook emails and office purposes.

I use Microsoft 365 Business in my company mainly for email addresses and for the packages associated with Microsoft Office.

We are using the complete suite of the solution, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. It is the main communication channel for our business.

We use Microsoft 365 Business because it can integrate. If I work in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, or Excel, my team can also open the same files without any issues.

The main thing we use the solution for is being able to outsource everything in the cloud while having the Exchange hosted. Having the Exchange and not having to manage the server and being able to deploy it wherever we have to is useful. We did have a number of people that traveled frequently prior to COVID. We have a handful of people that work out of their homes in various parts of the country, so having solutions that were accessible via the cloud was sort of a direction we started to migrate to several years ago in the Office 365 environment. 

We are using it for emails.

Mostly, I have only used Microsoft 365 Business for emails and PowerPoints as of now.

Also, the OneDrive is used for storage, which allows you to access your files from anywhere.

The bundle we have comes with the office installation to the CCM on the user's work tools. When you are working on your documents, you can easily sync them to the one online. It is much more seamless when it comes to accessing documentation and collaborating with other people on the same projects. It is essentially what we use Office 365 for. 

This solution is used for everything, the task, and the teams. It is a collaboration of all of the applications that are found in Office 365, but with one interface in which you can communicate between people.

We have some that have been deployed on a hybrid cloud, others that are just cloud, and some that are hybrids with an Active Directory that is on-premises and connected through Windows Azure. It connects to the cloud to sync all of the users from our campus.

For email assistance, or SharePoint or for sharing drives, it is all the cloud.

We use Microsoft 365 Business for scheduling emails and meetings and for features like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

My son uses Microsoft 365 Business in his school where they do not use books, they work fully online. They are using their laptop on a daily basis where they use applications, such as Word in order to edit, submit, and share documents with the other pupils or teachers.

We are using the product primarily for all of our internal documentation and exchanges. The use cases are nothing special. It's quite basic for the most part.

I'm a basic user, using it primarily to send and receive emails. That's the extent of my usage, nothing more in-depth.

The solution is used heavily at our customer's end. Our businesses involve consulting in a lot of stuff related to accounting and other various business aspects. They are heavy users of Office 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and, of course, Outlook. Outlook is the lifeline of this business. All business communication happens through it.

Our entire company uses this solution — roughly 25,000 people. We use Microsoft 365 Business for email, for example. 

We definitely plan to keep using this solution. 

We use the product for business processes.

The product has multiple use cases. We have solutions for installing endpoint remote work. We have solutions for ERM, ADF systems, and we have systems for cybersecurity.

Microsoft 365 Business is used within businesses for all the Office applications within the package. The reality is most of my clients are using Google Docs or Google software but some clients need to have an offline solution. They will have Microsoft software that synchronizes to the cloud.  Microsoft 365 Business comes with all the Office software, such as OneDrive, Outlook, and Exchange.  It is good for collaboration and sharing. The largest benefit today is that it integrates with Teams which is quite useful and the overall integration is good.

We always use the latest version.

We are using Microsoft 365 Business for many of the applications that it includes, such as all the office applications, Dynamics, and Power BI.

As a business intelligence specialist and business owner, I primarily use the standard apps in this solution. I enjoy the fact that there's a smorgasbord of additional apps that make for great productivity within the business - especially when you realize what all the apps can do for your business.

The basic solution we mostly need Microsoft 365 Business for, is to use Excel to support the internal sourcing process and retain our core competency.

If we have the email address and the password, we can access our documents from any system anywhere in the world.

It's very useful to share documents with people. You can also make some comments so people can see them and you can do that while you are working on those documents. The main use case is managing the documents and PowerPoint presentations in the company. We also use Excel and there's the possibility of working with more people on one document simultaneously.

As the solution is cloud-based, we employ the latest version. 

The solution is really important. It can work anywhere. One only need have an internet connection, so it's pretty safe.

We use Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM, and we have done something really wonderful and are able to have them all talk to each other. We put in an account code in one area and it is documented in many different areas.

Everyone in my organization is using Microsoft 365 Business suite. We use Excel for lots of different functionalities, such as reporting. Teams, we utilize for meetings and collaboration, and to share documents within different individualized groups. Additionally, we use Word and PowerPoint.

Our primary use case is for collaboration and integration communication. We use extended pipeline, SharePoint and emailing. It's really all about the connectivity of communication, sharing documents and things like that. We are customers of Microsoft. 

It primarily allows us to run our organization. We use applications on is, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

We use this solution primarily for email communication. We also use it to write documentation.

I use this solution for sharing data, and data backup.

We use Teams for organizing projects. We also use it for conference calls and integration with OneDrive and SharePoint, etc. As we also have an account in Dropbox for file sharing, we're duplicating costs. For this reason, we'll probably abandon Dropbox and convert everything to OneDrive and SharePoint. It must be SharePoint because it is above one data byte. We have to make the structure in SharePoint and migrate it. In short, we use it for file sharing, project management, emailing, meetings, and so on.

There are eight people in our company who use this solution — we have eight licenses. The technical team consists of just me for the time being. 

We plan to expand our use of this solution — we are contracting people. Within one or two years, we will probably double the number of licenses we have. 

We are building the WorkPoint 365 solution on top of Microsoft 365. It is being used for managing all unstructured information; document management, project management, contract management, HR, quality management and any other business solution in need of document or case management. We fully integrate the solution to Teams, Outlook, Office, the Power Platform, Power BI and other business applications, incl. ERP.

Students use it mostly for sending emails, storing their documents, and collaborating.

I am not a technical person, I am from the sales side and more on the commercial side of things. Our company is in Mozambique and we are the main Dell EMC repair center and service provider.  

My main use case for Office 365 is really to type documents with Word, to prepare presentations with the PowerPoint, and also to do spreadsheets with Excel. The product in the suite that I use the most is Word. PowerPoint and Excel to a somewhat lesser extent. But I do use all three frequently.
