Decide what you want to monitor and only monitor those items. Absorb other elements as you grow.

Buy what you need. The product is worth every bit of its cost.

We previously used Solarwinds NPM but it wasn't as scalable.

Plan and commit people and processes. Build a service, don't just implement a tool.

What is most valuable?

It is a good monitoring tool. It does the job.

It helps us track the status of over 1200 devices in multiple geographical locations.

Integration including ability to do network diagrams.
